With the given database; (Criteria: Any cells value more than 1 less than -1.5 is an error)
Check
the ones highlighted in 'Yellow'(Labelled Inter1, Inter2, Inter3 etc...) first then
followed by the ones highlighted in 'Green' (Lablled Layer8, Layer 9, Layer10 etc...)

1. Prompt for any cell value which is more than 1 less than -1.5;Display(in MsyBox) with their cell location.
2. Prompt for empty cells. and similary display the location(in MsgBox) but continue to check the rest of the database after that.
 

Excel Facts

Show numbers in thousands?
Use a custom number format of #,##0,K. Each comma after the final 0 will divide the displayed number by another thousand
