I would know the main reason causes this error method or data member not found when indicate to name the userform

Private Sub UserForm_Activate()
Me.userform1.value = Now()
End Sub

the cursor sets focus on this part userform1
any idea to fix it ,pease?

Userforms dont have a value. A textbox etc on a userform may.

You could try this:

Private Sub UserForm_Activate()
    Me.Caption = Now
End Sub
