Error Question

The formula below returns values in one workbook but not another; In one workbook it is returning the #N/A Error....can someone help me figure out why?

=SUMPRODUCT((OnTime!$B$10:$B$9998=$A2)*(OnTime!$H$10:$H$9998<>"")*(OnTime!$H$10:$H$9998="Aug-10")*(OnTime!$I$10:$I$9998)*((OnTime!$P$10:$P$9998="On Time")))

Does the Workbook your seeing the #N/A Error also have a worksheet named OnTime?
