Hi Folks - Thanks in advance for taking a look at this.

I need to use the indirect function to help me reference a cell on another worksheet - I cannot see the error that is being triggered - see below. Any help appreciated. Thanks - Mark.

Excel Facts

Formula for Yesterday
Name Manager, New Name. Yesterday =TODAY()-1. OK. Then, use =YESTERDAY in any cell. Tomorrow could be =TODAY()+1.
Is the other workbook open?

Hi Fluff,

Hope all good with you.

No - the other workbook is not open. It pulls it in fine with the cell reference to the other worksheet, but when I use the Indirect function, I get that error?

The Indirect function only works with open workbooks. So you either need to open the workbook, or get rid of the indirect.
