Error When Changing Color

Excel Facts

Show numbers in thousands?
Use a custom number format of #,##0,K. Each comma after the final 0 will divide the displayed number by another thousand

Sheet1.Shapes("MyShape").Fill.BackColor.RGB = RGB(164, 0, 0)

Though if you want to change the main colour then it might be better to use ForeColor
