User is being prompted to enter information in the registry box "Essbase System Login" everytime they double click, it also seems to be effecting their abaility to use page break preview.
I have looked at their available Add-Ins and neither Essbase nor hyperion are an available option.
They do not wish to like to Essbase so is there a way to remove this box allow the double click functionality again.
