Evaluate two Statements for Truth Then Average

I have the following work sheet:



And I want to go through the list and check if value in column A and column B match a particular cell. If for example I want to average all the cells that have 24 for a field ID and a cutting of 1. How would I do this?

It appears that you are using excel 2007, look into using the formula:

=Averageifs(D:D,A:A,24,B:B,1)

Hope that helps.
