Every File with aPivotTable Now Says "The PivotTable report was saved without the underlying data. Use the Refresh Data command to update the report".

I'm not sure if a setting changed, but every PivotTable I create now gets this message "The PivotTable report was saved without the underlying data. Use the Refresh Data command to update the report". I tried updating the PivotTables by checking the "Save source data with file" - but I cannot rely on myself to do that every time and on some files, it seems to magically get unchecked.

Some files allow me to refresh and get the PivotTable working (not ideal since I email executives with data).
