Exact function - regarding

Dear sir,
my friend has thrown a question in excel to me saying that .. i had a bunch of data in sheet 1 in one file .lets say client file and i have same another file .with same data.. with one error ..

he said me to find out .. where the error has occured .. and lets know the cell reference ..

i had tried this question in google..but i found no answer exactly .. and later i had tried . Exact function .. but .. unable to make perfect..

Please do help me in this question...

is it the exact copy or scattered data and you need to match. what is it actuaaly.

u can use exact or Equal Mark to compare it
