I have two registered add-ins, one of Microsoft's standards and a second of my own. Whenever I open an existing workbook that uses either set of functions, I get the pop-up message:
Quote:
<table border="0" cellpadding="6" cellspacing="0" width="100%"> <tbody><tr> <td class="alt2" style="border: 1px inset;"> This workbook contains one or more links that cannot be updated. </td> </tr> </tbody></table>
with an Edit Links... button that I always choose.
The resulting box shows the status of both those add-ins as unknown even though both full file-names are shown and correct. If I then press the CheckStatus button, both statuses change automatically to Source is open and the links are updated normally.
I am certain that I have set all the relevant options to update automatically without asking me, but that never works. The only workbooks that open normally are those that do not link to either add-in.
What else can I try?
