Excel 2003 macros on toolbar

I have created two new macros, linked to a command button with additional free text to the side and on a new custom toolbar, which has been placed under the other toolbars.

Is there a way to have a command button with text inside it, or a custom menu item with a border around it (something which I did not manage to find earlier), so that there is a clear division between both commands?

I tried to open this in Excel on another computer, and the toolbar I had created didn't appear. Is there a way around this?

Excel Facts

Why are there 1,048,576 rows in Excel?
The Excel team increased the size of the grid in 2007. There are 2^20 rows and 2^14 columns for a total of 17 billion cells.
you can change your toolbar icon to show the text & icon. If you right click on you toolbar and select customize. Then right click on the icon and click "Image and Text"

I have done this already, but was hoping that there is a way to place the text in the command button and not outside it.

But there remains the more important problem of this new toolbar not showing up immediiately on other people's pc's who will have different versions of Excel. Is there not some code that I can put in so the custom toolbar opens automatically on other people's Excel workbooks?
