I am interested in getting MOS certified in Excel 2003. What are the best resources i.e. exam prep, tutorials

There's a Sybex publication that covers the exam topics (by the same name). That should be all you need, but if you're a video kind of person, there's also a DVD course available.

Most Excel books (Learn from Mr Excel, Bible, Inside Out, etc) will cover all the material that's on these tests.
