The company I work for is about to change all users (several thousand) from Excel 2003 to 2010. We have countless macros performing all sorts of functions from simple to very complex.

Are there any changes to existing macros required to work in 2010 and , if so, assuming it is only syntax issues, is there a program that a macro can be loaded into for conversion?

Do you hate GETPIVOTDATA?
Prevent GETPIVOTDATA. Select inside a PivotTable. In the Analyze tab of the ribbon, open the dropown next to Options and turn it off
I don't know of any conversion tools, I guess you'd just have to open the files in 2010 to know if they work...

As long as you don't go for the 64-bit version of Office 2010, they are reasonably compatible. I do recall something about files that did not work in 2007, not sure how it is in 2010...
Also, if your macros use menubars and/or toolbars, you will need to adapt those parts to work with the ribbon.
