Anyone could you please help me over the follwoing function in Exce 2007?

I need to add 'Midpoint' over the clustered column chart.

Thank you indeed for your respons.

Mr. Zuhair Fardan

Excel Facts

Select a hidden cell
Somehide hide payroll data in column G? Press F5. Type G1. Enter. Look in formula bar while you arrow down through G.
I have the follwoing data:

Values
1. Receipts
2. Payments

Periods:
2006
2007
2008
2009
2010

I made a clustered column for the above data and it looks perfect & understandable.

But, I want to show the interaction (throughout the periods) between the receipts & payments over the clustered column (i.e. lines).

I am not sure if my understanding logic is correct or not.

Thanks for your help & response.

Sorry, I don't understand what you mean.

How about showing us the actual values (make them up if you want to keep them private), along with whatever you think the intersaction is.

Would a line chart show what you need better than a column chart?

(I think we're all confused by your term "midpoint").
