Excel 2007 macro to repeat (loop)

Could you please help me to write macro that will do this:

    ActiveSheet.Paste

    Selection.Cut

    ActiveSheet.Paste
    Rows("5:13").Select

    ActiveSheet.Paste

    Selection.Delete Shift:=xlUp

through whole workbook (copy value of every 6th cell to first row in next column, then delete nine rows and again copy 6th cell below to newt row in column,...).
