You need to let us know what version of Excel you are using.
In Excel 2007 and 2010, what you want to do is easy. You can add a "Refresh All" Button to the Quick Command Menu.
The best way to do this is to:
Click on the Office Button in the upper left corner
Choose the "Excel Options" button in the lower portion of the popup window.
Choose "Customize" from the list on the left side of the window
In the first dropdown field, choose, "All Commands"
Search for the Refresh All item, select it and move it to the right side column by clicking the "Add" button.
Click on "OK" at the bottom of the screen and your Quick Commands Toolbar will have a the Refresh All option on.
You can click on it whenever you need to use it.
If you are using and earlier version of Excel. You will need to write a macro and assign it to a toolbar. Write back if this is what you want instead of the description above.
