I am following instructions from a book that is designed for Excel 2003 but I am now using Excel 2007.
It says "The pivot table would be more aesthetically pleasing if our data were displayed across columns rather than down rows. If we drag the Data button onto the label Total, our data is now displayed across columns rather than down a single row..."
I am not sure how to do this as I can't see the Data button and it is not highlighted in grey as in the book. The book is called Microsoft Excel Data Analysis and Business Modeling (published in 2004) in case any of you have it...
Any ideas?
