I have created a New Style in Excel 2007 that uses some basic formatting etc, is it possible to assign the Style a Keyboard Combination like Ctrl + Shift + T. I know I can record macros and assign key strokes.

Excel Facts

Which Excel functions can ignore hidden rows?
The SUBTOTAL and AGGREGATE functions ignore hidden rows. AGGREGATE can also exclude error cells and more.

I'm sorry, I am a bit confused. It looks like you may have already answered your question in your thread - create a macro and assign the keystrokes you want.

Am I missing something?

Hello Joe

In Microsoft Word you can create a Style and assign it a Shortcut key combination at the time of design.

When you create a Style in Excel (I am sure you know this) you can set your attributes but do not have the facility to assign a shortcut key combination in the same way (which was what I was looking for).

I have just recorded a Macro to run the style on Relative cells, so you are right I have answered my own question, but didn't dig deep enough at the time of my question.

I actually have never tried creating a Style in Excel, never really had to.

I just want to make sure that you are all set now. Now that you have recorded the Macro, all you have to do is assign a keyboard shortcut to it. It sounds like you probably know how to do this, but if I have misunderstood anything and you need help with that part, please post back to this thread.
