Excel 2007 table not filling down as expected

I have a coworker who was recently upgraded to 2007. She has a list created in 2003, but 2007 will not keep her font size in the first column (those cells contain hyperlinks). She also has a vlookup formula that would copy down automatically in the 2003 list, but it will not in the 2007 table. Does anyone know the cause of this? She is saving the workbooks in compatibility mode if that matters. Thanks!
