Excel 2007 vs. 2010

Hi,
Is there a great difference between Excel 2007 and Excel 2010? I currently use 2007 and am looking to purchase a VBA book. I'm not sure when I'll be switching to 2010 but want the newest book available. I saw the book VBA and Macros: Microsoft Excel 2010 in the Mr. Excel store. Will I be at a disadvantage if I'm using 2007 but am learning from a book focused on 2010? Thanks.
