I was building some macros in Excel 2010 and came across this problem. Has anyone else had the same problem?
Here is what I did...
1. Add a button (activeX) to a spreadsheet that has formulas.
2. [Optional]
2a. Right click on the button and select "Format Control".
2b. On the "Properties" tab, select "Don't move or size with cells".
2c. Click the "OK" button.
3. On the ribbon, click on the "Show Formulas" button (on the Formulas tab).
4. Notice that the button stretches with the cells.
5. Repeat step 3.
6. Notice that the button stretches back and the text is now squished.
If so, how does a person report this to MS?
This problem doesn't exist in Excel 2002.
The only way I know of to fix the problem is to replace the button with a new one of the same name. Is there a better way to fix it?
