Excel 2010 Close without being prompted to save

If I open a workbook and don't make any changes to the spreadsheet then I try and close the workbook, Excel 2010 always asks me if I want to save the changes. Is there any setting I can modify, such that Excel will only ask me to save the spreadsheet if I make changes to the spreadsheet.

Thanks in advance for your help.

no - the file has some formula like =now() for example and that changes whenever you open the file.
