Hi, I am hoping someone can help with this problem. In excel 2007, I used to be able to extract multiple pivot tables that are using the same data source into a different workbook. If the new pivot table workbooks were opened, and the data source workbook were opened at the same time, and then if I changed the file name of the data source, then all of my pivot tables data source names would change as well. This saves me from having to go to each pivot table and change the data source! However, in 2010, I am finding that this is no longer available. Each pivot table when extracted saves the same data source name and I would have to manually change all of the pivot table data source range to the new revised file name.

I hope this makes sense...any help for a shortcut? I would appreciate it!
