Excel 'account list' & tabs

Hey all.

I have a complex question (well for myself )

If i have a table listed as "Complete list" with pull down menus titled across with Name Address City State Zip and Region.. then sub-tabs that are labeled with the different regions included in the main list..

is there a way to interwine these so that I don't have to manually submit the different regions to other tabs, and that they will submit into the correct tab given the correct region?

.. i might've confused myself trying to explain that..

any questions let me know..

further more, any idea on how to make rows stationary for example the "name address state city.." etc. etc.?
