Hi

I need to shade 1 half of a cell diagonally. So 1 diagonal half blank and the other diagonal half shaded.

Is this possible? I am using version 2003

thanks

dan

Excel Facts

Which lookup functions find a value equal or greater than the lookup value?
MATCH uses -1 to find larger value (lookup table must be sorted ZA). XLOOKUP uses 1 to find values greater and does not need to be sorted.
use a right triangle autoshape. fit triangle as appropriate to the cell. Then format the autoshape by filling in the triangle with a color.
