Hi

I am new to this forum and have a homework question.

I have a set of data in the below format (with about 700 rows and 30 columns)

I have been asked based on the data provided, what three recommendations I would make to the client to help them improve their recruitment performance on the website?

I was wondering if I could send someone ( a helpful soul) the full excel file so they could help me produce some analytical insight around the dataset.

Much appreciated
Danielle.

Hello Danielle,

Whenever you find yourself in front of this kind of challenge ... the initial step is to insert a pivot table ... in order to manipulate the data set ...

By moving pivot fields around ... some ideas might pop up ...
