I am new to using excel and need a little help. I have this formula =TODAY() for todays date which changes at 12am. Is there any way that I can make it so the date would change to the next day at 6pm instead of 12am?

How to create a cell-sized chart?
Tiny charts, called Sparklines, were added to Excel 2010. Look for Sparklines on the Insert tab.
Or similarly,

=TODAY() + (MOD(NOW(), 1) >= --"18:00")
