Hi
I am using Excel from Mac. I have a Macbook Air bought in March and I am running Lion OS. Office for Mac 2011 version 14.2.3 (newest). My excel sheets are stored on a NAS drive, a LaCie d2 Network 2 3TB formatted as 'AppleShare'.

Here's to my problem. Recently I've had trouble with opening sheets - it gives a message about (translating from Danish) 'C.xlsx can't be opened because a part of the content can't be read. Do you want to open and repair the sheet?'. Originally I thought after having read in misc forums that the problem was related to that I have some links between sheet in many of my sheets, and also that some of these are upgraded through the years to the 2011 version. So I made this very simple sheet from scratch 'C.xlsx' which only contains a text value and a numeric value, nothing more. Still I got the problem.

I can choose 'Open and repair'. When I do that it apparently corrects the error. I can open a report which is showing this text (translated): "An error was found in the file 'Netdata:Test:C.xlsx'. A validation and repair of the file level [path? my comment] was done. Some parts of the sheet is perhaps repaired or deleted".

After the repair the sheet look fine.

If I now save the sheet and open it again the problem is not there. But after a while - says 3 hours - the problem is back.

I hope you are able to help me on this since I've already used a lot of time on this issue and since I have some rather advanced and important excel sheets.

Thanks a lot beforehand.
