Excel file opening issue

dear all members
good morning
I have an issue in my excel file when I open any excel file the excel application open with another window with the title of auto macro

you can view in the image please guide why is this issue is occurring and how I can solve this

You have an Add-In which is auto activated. You could remove the Add-In. I think your using Office 2007 based on the image.
