Excel Formula help to see if time falls between two time.

I have a time in a1...is there a formula to find out if the the time [hh:mm AM/PM without date] falls between dates in b1 and c1?

=A1=MEDIAN(A1:C1)

I tried this way...
formula in b2.

I tried this way and seems to work...

=AND(A3>=$B$1,A3<=$C$1)
but not sure if this the way of formula for time data.

You didn't say that B1 & C1 had to be absoulte references.

=A1=median(A1,B$1:C$1)

Your method is as good as any.
