Excel formula issue

I am having problems creating a formula for the below any ideas? Imagine column a-c and rows 1-6

Low	High	Rebate
0	3000000	1
3000001	4000000	1.25
4000001	5000000	1.5
5000001	6000000	1.75
6000000	6000001	2
Spend= 2500000	Rebate=??

=A8*(VLOOKUP(A8,A2:C6,3)/100)

=INDEX($C$2:$C$6,MATCH(A8,$A$2:$A$6,1))

Whree A8 is your number (2500000)
