Excel formula question

I am creating an excel template with formulas in it and I am getting an error msg that reads..

#DIV/o!

The formula that needs to be corrected is =(E7+F14)/(C7+C14)

I know i need to us an IF function, Can anyone help?

Thank you HOTPEPPER, That is what i ended up with after searching a bit longer. I knew what it was all along but just had a brain cramp.
