I am trying to figure out what is wrong with my formula but I can't see to figure it out. I am trying to count all the records across different tables that have the same "SR NUMBER". I originally had this as 1 table, but then had to break it out into 12 tables, 1 for every month. So now I am trying to see if there is a way I can count the number of records for that particular job based on the SR Number field.

Here is my formula.
Excel Formula:
=IF(ISBLANK([@[SR Number]]),"",COUNTIFS(tbl_OFS_JANUARY[SR Number],[@[SR Number]],tbl_OFS_FEBRUARY[SR Number],[@[SR Number]],tbl_OFS_MARCH[SR Number],[@[SR Number]],tbl_OFS_APRIL[SR Number],[@[SR Number]],tbl_OFS_MAY[SR Number],[@[SR Number]],tbl_OFS_JUNE[SR Number],[@[SR Number]],tbl_OFS_JULY[SR Number],[@[SR Number]],tbl_OFS_AUGUST[SR Number],[@[SR Number]],tbl_OFS_SEPTEMBER[SR Number],[@[SR Number]],tbl_OFS_OCTOBER[SR Number],[@[SR Number]],tbl_OFS_NOVEMBER[SR Number],[@[SR Number]],tbl_OFS_DECEMBER[SR Number],[@[SR Number]]))

This just gives me an error of #VALUE and I cannot figure it out. Hoping someone on here can see what I did wrong and help me fix it.

Thanks!

You will need to do each table individually & add them together.

You need to do it like
Excel Formula:
=IF(ISBLANK([@[SR Number]]),"",COUNTIFS(tbl_OFS_JANUARY[SR Number],[@[SR Number]])+COUNTIFS(tbl_OFS_FEBRUARY[SR Number],[@[SR Number]]))
