Excel formula to get YEAR from number of Months

Hi, what is the Excel formula to get YEAR from number of Months?

How do you want the result?
Do you want to enter 24 and the result should be 2 yrs?
Maybe you should supply some more information.

How about 25/12 and then custom format 0.0 "Yrs"

Is there a formula to get the number of years directly without formatting?
Because when I copy it another cell as value it supplies incorrect value....
