I have two fields which are populated with dates.

Lets say I is A1 & B1

A1 is start date
B1 is due date

I have D1 which is a field which subtracts B1 from A1 to give me a number of days the project took.

With this formulae in the field in D1 this automatically comes up with #value if a comments is placed into any of the fields of B1 & A1.

Like for instance a question mark or placing a comment like awaiting date?

Can I have a formulae which blanks the field out completely unless a number is created by placing dates in A1 or B1?

Hope you can help.

Thanks for looking.

Regards

Simon
