Excel Graph Question

I have created a chart within my Excel spreadsheet. The graph I used is a standard "Column" graph. There are dates of the month along the bottom and numbers from 0 to 220 along the side. Each date consists of 4 columns. My question is can I turn just one of the columns in each date into a stacked column but leaving the others as a single column? I hope this makes sense.
