When did Power Query debut in Excel?
Although it was an add-in in Excel 2010 & Excel 2013, Power Query became a part of Excel in 2016, in Data, Get & Transform Data.

Welcome to the Board!

Your topic is kind of wide, but as a general answer using Insert - Function and defining your Search can be of great help building and learning how to build formulas.

Continuously posting on this board, and following other topics, is another great way of learning. You'll be surprised how fast you can learn actually.

Hope This Helps.
