Hello,

Whenever I open excel sheet below the task bar I get " security warning " - automatic update of links has been disabled then I click on options and then I click on enable this content. Is there any settings I need to change so that I do not get this security warning in future ?

You could also look at

Select / Edit / links
The links will be listed, if none of these are required, you can "Break" them by selecting Break links.
Then resave the workbook
