Now I am trying to put together in another sheet the list trainings Ronnie Castro is required to take like the below:

OREM receives orders from SAP, allows the planner/operator to assign resources and sequence them according to the plant operating conditions, track the execution results, and post transactions back to SAP (reporting production, consumption and resource utilization).8
POM12 - APRM For System UsersThe overall objective of this course is to teach the basic functionality of AspenTech's Aspen Production Record Manager (APRM), which includes viewing process data and creating reports using APRM. This product was formerly called Aspen Batch.21.15
POM15 - Operations DashboardThis course provides instruction on the Operations Dashboard, the functionality within it, and the benefits of using the tool. Two key modules are discussed, Logbook and Task List.4.5

Is there a formula that does this automatically for everyone in the excel?

Many thanks in Advance.

Excel Facts

Show numbers in thousands?
Use a custom number format of #,##0,K. Each comma after the final 0 will divide the displayed number by another thousand
We can build a macro to build this... but where are the course descriptions coming from? They are not in your upper table. Likewise, POM10 is not listed.... Also, POM12 is not required for Ronnie Castro based upon the above table.
