Now I am trying to put together in another sheet the list trainings Ronnie Castro is required to take like the below:

We can build a macro to build this... but where are the course descriptions coming from? They are not in your upper table. Likewise, POM10 is not listed.... Also, POM12 is not required for Ronnie Castro based upon the above table.
