Every time I do a training course ( govt Dept, compulsory), I found it to suited to the lowest common denominator and end learning more from my own exploits / mistakes than the course.
I've never been to an Excel course that has taught as much as I have picked up here.
However, everyone learns differently, this may suit you, but not others.
