Excel Hyperlink in a Web Page

Currently i have an Excel sheet that has Several Hyperlinks to external webpages. That sheet is then exported to a Webpage where it is place into a frame. Cuasing all the links to open into that frame.

Just wondering if anyone knows of a way to cuase Excel hyperlinks to always open a new web page or to break out of a frame?

OR if its possible to use HTML Code inside of an Excel sheet, so that i could use the Target=_top command?

Name Manager, New Name. Yesterday =TODAY()-1. OK. Then, use =YESTERDAY in any cell. Tomorrow could be =TODAY()+1.
