excel hyperlinks

I am having issues with an excel hyperlink. When we download an excel spreadsheet from a sharepoint site, the hyperlinks inside the excel spreadsheet does not point back to the server, it points to the C: drive. A quick look at the hyperlink shows a relative link, not absolute. When access it from other computers, not from our site, you can click on it and the link is absolute. What setting has been misconfiugred?
 

Excel Facts

Round to nearest half hour?
Use =MROUND(A2,"0:30") to round to nearest half hour. Use =CEILING(A2,"0:30") to round to next half hour.
