Excel Inquire Add-In Question

Hello All,

I was reading how one might use the Excel Inquire Add-In. But when I go the Add-Ins it does not appear in my active Application Add-ins list, nor in the Inactive list. When I go the COM Add-ins it does not show up there either.

I have Win11 and Excel 365.

Anyone here able to advise me on this?
