Excel-Looking to combine numbers in one column with numbers in another column to form a BP.

Hello-
I am looking to combine two columns of data...the first column has numbers in every row going down and the second column has cell rows with numbers and some rows are blank in the second column. I want to combine the numbers (systolic) in the first column with the numbers (diastolic) to form a BP....but not combine the numbers from the first column where there are numbers with the second column where /when there are not numbers...

Maybe one of the options below (and yes I know a couple of the readings aren't possible)

You're welcome, just be aware that other than the formulas in columns E & F older versions of Excel won't run them. In this situation you can also use

=IF(B2<>"",CONCATENATE(A2," - ",B2),"")
