Excel Macro for RIM Weighting

Hi,

Does anyone have a macro for Rim weighting? I constantly have to weight my data... as some of you probably do. I have been using formulas because my number of variables change based on task. I am looking for a macro that can allow me to input variables and target, and it can assign weights to each respondent.
