Excel Match Function

Hi Gurus,

I need help on modifying the following formula by replacing ROW() and COLUMN() with other Excel functions.

=INDEX($A$1:$E$12,SMALL(IF($K$14=$A$1:$E$12,ROW($A$1:$A$12)-MIN(ROW($A$1:$A$12))+1,""),ROW(A1)),COLUMN(A1))

I am not a savvy Excel user, so please help.

Hi Ryan,

That just it - I don't know which functions to replace ROW and COLUMN. As I said earlier, I am not at all savvy, more like mediocre.
