Hi,

I have a missing reference in my project on one of the computers. The file MSACC.OLB is not showing up on the C Drive.

Can I just copy and paste the file from my computer to the other computer? Will this fix the error?

Thanks,
Nikki

No Access is not installed on that computer. I have built a tool in excel which is pulling data from an access database. It works for other computers even without access being installed.

Okay. I was not aware of that. Is there a work around for this. Basically I am looking for data from an excel sheet to be updated to my access database directly.

It is possible to pull data from an Access db without having the actual access application, but if your code automates Access itself, then it won't work on a machine without it; if it doesn't automate access, then you shouldn't need the reference anyway.
