Excel not plotting data from 2017-2021

Hello, I am trying to make a chart in Excel with data from May 2002 through July 2021 but the chart is inly generating data points from May 2002 through July 2017. I have selected all data from 2002 to 2021 to be plotted but the chart is only displaying until 2017 (even though I've changed the minimum and maximum bounds for the axis). I have the dates plotted by year as "Jan-02, Jan -03, Jan-04, etc..." on the x-axis. There are 1,219 cells that I would like plotted but the chart is only plotting cells 1 - 1014, where the data from July 2017 stops and the data from August 2017 - July 2021 starts. Please help!!
