Hi all,

I am trying to use conditional formatting to show a text value in a calculated field in a Pivot Table
If the value is 0, return a : Customer Number Format : [=0]"a";; This is then formatted as Marlett to get a nice looking Tick Mark.

But what if the value is 1? I would the cell in the Pivot Table to appear blank, but I keep getting open boxes.
What conditional formatting can I apply to get the cell to appear blank?

Thanks,
-w

Will the fill handle fill 1, 2, 3?
Yes! Type 1 in a cell. Hold down Ctrl while you drag the fill handle.
