Excel Restricting Copy/Paste except Owner

Hello guys,

I have a situation where i need to restrict the copy/paste function in the whole workbook except for me who i am the owner. Is there a way to do that ? I think that Allow Users to Edit Ranges isn't very helpful because they still can copy/paste inside the file.
